“I’m trying to say, ‘You should do that, you should call this person, why don’t you do that because it would be so much easier’, and for almost 25 years now, no one has taken my advice. They ignore it completely.
“They say, ‘We know you’ve seen hundreds of projects, and we’ve heard you say things over and over, but we’re going to ignore all of that because we think it’s going to be perfect. “”

He continued, “And what I love about that answer is that it embodies hope, it embodies optimism, that zealous stance of, ‘We are right, we are doing the right thing. And of course, then it turns out badly. It’s human nature. “
